Beginner Rock’n’Roll Lessons with Rodney and Robyn
Starting 14 May at the Top of the Cross
We have scheduled an extra set of Beginner Rock’n’Roll lessons in May and early June. Lesson time is 7 to 8pm at the Top of the Cross, Canberra Southern Cross Club in Woden. Classes will be held on 14, 21 and 28 May and 4 June. After classes we’ll have music for practice dancing. To register or for more information contact bookings@southsiderocknroll.com
Social Dancing at the Top of the Cross
From Thursday 30 April social dancing is moving to the Top of the Cross, Southern Cross Club in Woden. We’ll be there from 7pm on 30 April and 7 May. Rodney and Robyn are teaching Beginner Rock’n’Roll from 7 to 8 on 14, 21 and 28 May, and 4 June, so social dancing will start at 8:15. On Thursday 11 June social dancing starts at 7, then we have a night off on 18 June. Beginner Rock’n’Roll with Sonja and Edwin starts on 25 June and continues on 2, 9 and 16 July. Social dancing will begin at 8:15 on lesson nights. Entry remains at $5 per person and is included in the lesson fee for those taking classes.

More Saturday Night Dances
11 July we have Roc-A- Tac playing from 7 to 11pm at the Slovenian Club in Phillip. We accept card or cash at the door or purchase tickets online.
19 September the Rusty Mustangs will play for us at Raiders Kippax. Music from 7 to 11, either buy tickets online or pay at the door.
On 5 December the Hellraisers will play for our Christmas party. Details and booking link TBC.
